Join us in celebrating International Day of Yoga 2024 (IDY2024) with our Journey to IDY24 Online Program from June 1st to June 21st. The sessions will take you through various physical yoga practices that have been designed for Health, Wellness, Immunity, Peace, Joy, Love, Success and Stress Relief. Choose between our 7- or 21-day programs and embark on a journey towards a healthier and happier you. Regardless of your level of experience, our team of expert instructors will provide you with comprehensive guidance and support as you explore various yogic practices aimed at helping you achieve balance of body, mind, emotions and energies.

What Will be Taught

Yogic Practices

To build physical strength, flexibility, endurance, and strengthen the spine

Pranayama

To relieve stress, bring mental peace, balance energy system and overall psychological wellbeing

Kriya

To enhance lung capacity, improve respiratory health and boost Immunity

Meditation

Use the power of the mind to create what we want. How we organize and focus our minds will decide the direction our life flows

Food Awareness

Understand the impact of food on the human system. Prepare quick and delicious, natural recipes that can be incorporated into regular diet

Program Options:

21 Day Program: begins on June 1st and will continue daily until June 21st. The sessions are 1 hour long and will run in the morning from 6AM to 7AM PST and evening from 6PM to 7PM PST, so you can choose which one suits your schedule best. In these 21 Days you will learn simple yet powerful yogic practices such as Upa Yoga, pranayam and kriyas. We will also go through guided meditations and have talks on yogic food with live demonstrations. The sessions are designed so that each session offers something unique and builds on what has been previously learned. The practices will be reviewed with guidance and support from 1750+hr Certified Hatha Yoga Teachers. There will be T-shirts or and/or other prizes upon successful completion of the program* as well as entry into a draw for a future In-Person Workshop**. There will be a live culmination event on June 22nd at David Lam Park in Vancouver which is open to the public.


7 Day Program: begins on either June 1st, 8th, or 15th and will continue daily for a duration of 7 days. There will be both morning (6AM to 7AM PST) and evening (6PM to 7PM PST) sessions to choose from. In these 7 days you will learn Upa Yoga practices, pranayam and kriyas. There will be guidance and support from 1750+hr Certified Hatha Yoga Teachers. Participants are also invited to the live culmination event on June 22nd at David Lam Park in Vancouver.
