Join us for our Yoga Workshop where you will learn a variety of yoga practices that will provide you with powerful tools for both your body and mind. We will first learn Angamardana. This practice is the ultimate yogic gym that enhances strength and flexibility through a series of dynamic powerful yoga postures. Experience a full-body workout that will leave you energized and revitalized. Then we will delve into basic Pranayam and Mantra Yoga that will help bring balance to your body and mind.  Lastly, we will learn Shanmukhi Mudra. A simple yet powerful practice that brightens your face and aura as well as rejuvenating your face leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
