Practices
Learn the core Isha Hatha Yoga practices. These practices are suitable for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to experienced yogis. Our workshop format provides an in-depth exploration of the practice. We also offer review sessions to deepen your understanding of the practice and daily guided practices are available in a committed space to establish your routine.

Online
We offer simple yet powerful yogic practices through an online format making it convenient for you to access the practices at home. Programs are available in 7, 16 or 21 day duration.
Food Sessions
Our food sessions are a important aspect of our yogic offering. We believe that practicing yoga is not only limited to the mat, but extends to the food that you eat. Our approach follows the Ayurvedic principles of eating and incorporates a Satvik diet. Our sessions are designed to uplift your mood, clear your mind, and strengthen your body. Classical Hatha Yoga in its Purest Form
Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer Isha Hatha Yoga practices. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness and wellbeing. Along with the physical hatha yoga practices we incorporate meditation, pranayama, mantra yoga, nada yoga and aspects of a yogic diet.
